When you send a text message in the chat, it's sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. Message volume is loosely rate-limited by IP address to prevent abuse — this limit is informal and not tied to your identity.
If you've signed in, your conversation (your messages and the assistant's replies) is stored temporarily so it can be reviewed to improve response quality and understand common questions visitors ask. This storage automatically expires 7 days after your last message — after that, it's gone. If you never sign in (text-only chat), your conversation is not stored server-side; it exists only in your own browser for that session.
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered directly to Reyny Mark Mabeza's inbox to respond to your inquiry. They aren't added to any mailing list or used for anything beyond replying to you.
